Terms & Conditions

  1. PurposeAs part of its National Fieldays 2026 offer, Herd-i is giving customers $10,000 worth of freebies to choose from. Eligible customers select benefits to a total value of $10,000 from the options set out in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Promotion ApplicabilityThis promotion is available to customers purchasing Herd-i’s Lameness system, BCS system, or both systems as a bundle.
  3. Promotion TimeframeThis promotion is valid for agreements signed on or before 30 July 2026. Agreements signed after this date will not be eligible for the promotional offer set out in these Terms & Conditions.Herd-i reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time. Any customer who has already signed an agreement under this promotion will have these Terms & Conditions honoured in full.
  4. EligibilityEligibility for this promotion is subject to:
    • A successful on-farm assessment to confirm suitability for installation and effective operation of the Herd-i system; and
    • Execution of a three (3) year Herd-i Sales Agreement.

    Final eligibility approval is at the sole discretion of Herd-i.

  5. Promotional Offer5.1 Fieldays Freebies — You ChooseThe value of the benefit available depends on the system purchased:
    • Bundled system (BCS + Lameness): benefits worth up to $10,000 to choose from.
    • Single system (BCS or Lameness only): benefits worth up to $5,000 to choose from.

    Eligible customers select one or a combination of benefits from the following options:

    The customer’s selected benefit(s) must be confirmed in writing at the time of signing the Herd-i Sales Agreement. Benefits are not transferable and have no cash value.

    5.2 Monthly Subscription Fee

    Standard monthly subscription fees under this promotion are as follows:

    System Monthly Fee
    Single system (Lameness or BCS) $1.25 + GST per cow per month
    Bundled system (Lameness + BCS) $2.50 + GST per cow per month
  6. Agreement TermCustomers signing up under this promotion will enter into a three (3) year Herd-i Sales Agreement.A 12-month opt-out clause is included in every agreement. This opt-out option is only available during the month which is the 12-month anniversary of invoicing commencing. Outside of this window, the standard three-year agreement term applies.
  7. On-Farm AssessmentAll installations are subject to a successful on-farm assessment prior to installation. This assessment is conducted to confirm that the farm environment is suitable for the effective operation of the Herd-i system. If a farm is assessed as unsuitable, no installation will proceed and no charges will be incurred.
  8. Combination with Other OffersUnless otherwise agreed in writing by Herd-i, this promotion cannot be combined with other Herd-i promotional offers or discounts.
  9. Standard TermsHerd-i’s standard Terms and Conditions apply in all other respects and form part of the Sales Agreement with Herd-i.
