Board of Directors
Karl Jameson, Director: As a seasoned strategic business lead, Karl plays a significant role in driving the business to constantly innovate to support the needs of our customers. Karl brings energy, experience, and leadership to a fast-growing team.
Peter Mitchell, Director: With an extensive entrepreneurial background and proven success in taking start-up businesses to new levels, Peter provides oversight of the commercials of the organisation and brings a commitment to deliver success for our customers.
Executive Team
Liz Muller, Chief Executive Officer: Born and raised on a dairy farm in the Waikato, Liz has extensive experience in the agricultural and food processing sectors here in NZ and globally. She has a B,Tech and MBA from Massey University, and has attended Stanford University Executive Leadership Program.
Graeme Ainsworth, Chief Technology Officer: Graeme leads Herd-i’s team of software development experts. He has a wealth of knowledge from his 27 years in the software industry creating SaaS products,
Kathryn Fryer, Chief Financial Officer: Kathryn brings extensive expertise in taxation, compliance, and virtual accounting to Herd-i. Kath is a CPA, with a B.Com and BBus Mgmt from the University of Queensland, Australia.
James Cummins, Marketing Director: James comes to Herd-i bringing expertise from a career in advertising across FMCG & Telco. James has a B. Com (Marketing & Economics) and a BA (Film & Television) from the University of Otago.
Luke Bilas, Sales Director: Luke brings sales management expertise across agriculture, technology, insurance, and FMCG. Luke has a B. Com (Marketing) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Otago.
