Liz Muller
Chief Executive Officer

Born and raised on a dairy farm in the Waikato, Liz has extensive experience in the agricultural and food processing sectors here in NZ and globally. She has a Bachelor of Technology and Masters in Business Administration from Massey University and has attended Stanford University’s Executive Leadership Program.

William Elliot
Chief Technology Officer

With over 30 years of experience leading global technology teams, William has built software platforms from start-ups through to enterprise scale. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics and Microelectronics from Edinburgh Napier University.

As CTO, William is focused on leading Herd-i’s technology into the future with a farmer-first philosophy, ensuring innovation always delivers real outcomes on-farm.

James Cummins
Marketing Director

James brings brand building and customer insights expertise from a career in senior marketing and advertising roles across FMCG & Telecommunications.  He has a Bachelor Commerce majoring in Marketing & Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (Film & Television) from the University of Otago.

Marty Orange
Sales Manager

Marty started his career in dairy farming and then transitioned into rural sales where he has established his expertise and has a proven track record in successfully working alongside dairy farmers to help them to embrace new technology on farm. Marty understands what matters most to farmers enjoys establishing long term relationships with his customers.

Ben Higgins
Sales Manager

Hailing originally from a dairy farm in the UK ….. Ben is passionate about dairy farming and helping farmers get the best out of happy, healthy cows. With hands-on experience in dairy operations, agricultural machinery, and rural sales, he understands what matters most to farmers and how technology can improve herd performance.

Holly Forde

Holly was raised on a beef farm and brings over 18 years of experience in rural sales and support. During nine years of sharemilking, she’s developed a deep understanding of on-farm challenges and thrives on helping farmers succeed. Passionate, practical, and grounded in the land—Holly is all about delivering real solutions to grow the future of farming.

Director

Peter has an extensive entrepreneurial background and a proven track record of success in building New Zealand brands from start-up businesses to global leaders in their sector.  Peter provides oversight of the commercials of the organisation and brings a commitment to deliver success for our customers.

Richard Stalker
Board Member

Richard is a dairy farmer, veterinarian with extensive experience in governance and management and agricultural businesses. Richard is milking 1,300 cows in Rangiora, and holds Directorships with Veterinary Enterprises and Waimakariri Irrigation Ltd. Richard is passionate about animal health and welfare and brings the farmers perspective to the Herd-i boardroom. He has a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from Massey University.
