Herd-i: “Getting Ahead of the GAME” Promotion

Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

This promotion is intended to make it easier for kiwi dairy farmers to “get ahead of the game” for the next season by providing deferred payment terms.

2. System Applicability

This deferred payment promotion is available for new customers who purchase Herd-i’s lameness or BCS system or both.
Deferred payment also applies to the installation cost.

3. Promotion Timeframe and Term

This promotion is valid for any agreements signed from 01 December 2025 through to 31st March 2026.
Herd-i reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time but undertake to honour these Terms & Conditions for any customer who has been provided with an agreement for signing as part of this promotion.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is available to new customers and to existing customers who are signing up any additional new farms.
Final approval of eligibility for the promotion depends on an on-farm assessment to ensure suitability for installation and effective operation of the Herd-i system.

5. Pricing

This promotion is only applicable for customers who are paying standard pricing for installation and subscription as follows:

Installation : $10,000 plus GST
Lameness Subscription Fee : $15 per cow per year, invoiced monthly (based on an agreed herd size)
BCS Subscription : $15 per cow per year, invoiced monthly (based on an agreed herd size).
Multi-farm pricing is available on request.

6. Combination with Other Discounts and Promotions

This promotion is NOT able to be used in combination with other discounts or promotions.

7. Term of Agreement

The standard Herd-i Sales Agreement term of 36 months (3 years) from the month of first invoicing applies.

8. Payment Terms: The following deferred payment terms apply:

Payment of both the installation fee and the subscription fees are able to be deferred up to a maximum of six (6) months from the month of installation and onboarding.
Full payment for both the installation and the first year of subscription fees are to be made within twelve (12) months from the month of installation and onboarding.
Payment for installation fees can be made either as a lump sum or on a monthly basis.
Payment for subscription fees can be made either as a lump sum or on a monthly basis.

Payment for the second and third year of the Agreement can be either
as an annual lump sum in advance, or on a monthly basis.
